The installation of Firemath is easy and only takes a few steps:

1. Install the MathML fonts, if not done already. Please consider using the Stix fonts.
2. Install Firemath via addons.mozilla.org and restart Firefox.
3. Optional: Drag the Firemath button into your toolbar.
4. Start Firemath by clicking onto the toolbar button or via the Firefox tools menu.
5. Read about the basic editing concepts and check the FAQ page.
6. Go through the examples to see how easily you obtain your results with Firemath.
